Hello em.my events fans! After a long hiatus of getting a full time job, quitting said job, getting married and getting a new house, em.my events is back! Revamping my business has already been quite the journey, with a long road still ahead. I wanted to share a little bit of what has been going on, and what is to come, on the first em.my events blog post at our new website!
You often hear about the many obstacles that small business owners face when they are starting out. They must ask themselves the essential questions. Who are my customers/what needs am I fulfilling? Will my business succeed? When should I quit my job? When I started em.my events back in 2010 I felt I knew the answers to the first few questions. Our customer base at em.my events as many factions, including:
  
- Business and corporations looking to plan their annual meetings and social parties
- Non-profits and associations ready to expand their reach with fun and interactive networking sessions or athletic events
- And of course our biggest clients, newly engaged couples ready embark on the great journey of getting married and spending the rest of their lives together
  
For us at em.my events, all of these groups have relatively the same needs: to plan and implement a successful event where the organizers can stay on budget and not get stressed out, and attendees leave happy with lasting memories of a great experience. In essence em.my events is here to help each client say this is truly MY event.
